The General Board of State Expert Review issued positive conclusion regarding Pulkovo interchange on the М-11 Neva

It is planned to construct an interchange with overhead roads on the 681st km of the M-11 Neva in Pushkinsky district of Saint Petersburg.

As part of execution of an instruction of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin to accelerate design and construction of the interchange, the timeline of design documentation development provided for by the contract was shortened thanks to concerted efforts of the customer ("Russian Highways" State Company), design companies, and the Government of Saint Petersburg.

The interchange will provide one more approach to Pulkovo airport and significantly reduce travel time both from Saint Petersburg and Novgorod.

The new facility is planned to be erected at the distance of 2.5 km to the south of the Ring Motorway (RM). The total length of the new four-lane connection section of the М-11 – Pulkovo airport will be 3.4 km.
