In relation to the construction of the Central Ring Road, a traffic pattern has been changed on the section of A-107 “Moscow small ring road” highway at the intersection with the Pyatnitsky Highway

In relation to the construction of the overpass through the Pyatnitsky Highway, traffic has been closed for road transport on the section with the length of 950 meters on the 13th and the 14th km of the Volokolamsk-Leningradsky highway of the A-107 “Moscow small ring road” highway.

Up to July 20, 2017, the traffic will be performed on the temporarily erected section of the road,,which fully conforms to the parameters of the section that has been blocked (one lane in both directions).

The respective road signs and information boards have been installed at the entrances to the blocked section of ​​the road.

Works are being carried out within the framework of the construction of the start-up complex No. 5 of the Central Ring Road (CRR).

The ARKS group of companies is the Contractor of the project as to the construction of the start-up complex No. 5 of the Central Ring Road (CRR) within the framework of a long-term investment agreement.

The section of the highway A-107 going through the territory of the Naro-Fominsk, Odintsovo, Istra, and Solnechnogorsk districts and the urban district of Zvenigorod, the Moscow region, will form part of the A-113 Central Ring Road (CRR) presently being under construction.

After the construction and reconstruction, the 76-kilometer section will become a four-lane highway and will comply with the II technical category outside the populated areas, and will become the main thoroughfare of city-wide importance ​​with controlled traffic in populated localities.

The project provides for the construction and reconstruction of 26 pontilices (eight bridges, 12 underpasses, and 6 overhead roads). The area will be equipped with interchanges at the intersection with the highways M-1 Belarus, bypassing the Zvenigorod Highway, the Volokolamsk Highway, the Pyatnitsky Highway, and the M-10 Russia highway. The projected traffic on this section will be 26 600 automobiles per day. The date of completion of the start-up complex No. 5 of the CRR: 2018. This highway section will be operated free of charge.
